One With Christ Ministries Newsletter The Message This Month Is Entitled Terror, Trouble & Temptation In studying and reading Psalms Chapter 91, God gives us His promises of protection and help in times of trouble, fear, terror and temptation in our lives. Gods Promises In times of Trouble Psalm 91:1 He that
dewelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the
Al-mighty. Psalm 91:2. I will say
of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Psalm 91:3 Surely he
shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. (Noisome
means raging epidemic). Psalm 91:4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Gods Promises In Times of Fear and
Terror Psalm 91:5 Thou shalt
not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Psalm 91:6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh
in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. Psalm 91:7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Psalm 91:8 Only
with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. Psalm 91:9 Because
thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; Psalm 91:10 There
shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. Gods Promises In Times Of
Temptation Psalm 91:11 For
he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. Psalm 91:12 They
shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Psalm 91:13 Thou shalt
tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under
feet. Gods Tremendous Promise To Us All Psalm 91:14 Because he hath set his love upon me,
therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. Psalm 91:15 He shall call upon me, and I will
answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. Psalm 91:16 With long life will I satisfy him,
and shew him my salvation. Gods
Living Word Psalm 46:1-7 1God
is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 2Therefore will not we fear, though the earth
be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; 3Though
the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the
swelling thereof. Selah. 4There is a river, the streams whereof shall
make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. 5God
is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right
early. 6The heathen raged, the kingdoms
were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. 7The LORD of hosts is
with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. There are many people gripped by fear, terror and doubt in
this uncertain time of events going on all around us and terror and war in many places.
For we need to stay close to God and His Word and allow God to be our refuge and fortress
and help in times of trouble. Call upon the Lord
Jesus to give you His peace and read Gods Word and believe and receive Gods
promises. God bless you and keep you in His arms. We love you all in the Lord Jesus. From Sues Desk If
I were asked the question; What was a significant turning point of my Christian walk
with the Lord? I would have to say it was
when I heard that God had a plan and a purpose for my life. Hearing this made me realize
that God needed me which was not what I would have ever imagined. GOD NEEDS ME? Yes,
He needs empty vessels or yielded vessels to work with. To be
His eyes, His ears, His month, His hands, His feet and more. Also in hearing this, my whole way of thinking about my
life began to change. From thinking about myself to thinking about others. A book written by Dr. Fuchsia Pickett titled
Gods Dream; His Eternal Plan for You helped guide me to this turning
point. Back of her book states: Understanding Gods dream for mankind will answer
five innate questions of every human heart . . .Who made me? Who is God? What is the purpose of My life? How can I fulfill my Destiny? After this life, what?
These are questions I have asked God myself. When you ask God questions, be ready for Him
to answer! IN HIS LOVE! Sue From Bills Studies Each
month I will share with you one of the 12 names of God that I have read or studied in the
Bible. The name of God
will be listed along with its meaning and
a scripture from the Bible. Month
of February Jehovah-M Kaddesh (the
Lord who sanctified you) 1Corinthians
1:30 (KJV) But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who
of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification,
and redemption. Prayer Request Please continue to pray for the hand of
God to be upon our President and his family, our leaders, our military men and women,

All. Our Hearts Desire Of One With Christ
Ministries Newsletter It is our hearts desire that One With Christ Ministries Newsletters will be a blessing to you and full of encouragement and hope so that you will have a deeper walk with God, come to know Him as He knows you, and to love God as He loves you. God wants His people to love Him and have a personal relationship with Him and to walk in a deeper walk with Him the Lord your God. We are finding out for ourselves that the more we draw nigh to God the more He draws nigh to us. God wants us to fellowship with Him, to be in His likeness and image, to do all things with Him, to hear His voice, to see what He sees, to say what he says, to walk where He walks and to do His will as His Son Jesus Christ did to reveal His Father. We are called to do His will, to reveal God to everyone that we meet, to have a compassionate heart and show the love of Jesus just as He did while on this earth. May we go forth and give the love of Jesus to all that we meet each day. Let us not miss an opportunity to be a witness for God to tell the lost, hurting, and wounded people of this world that Jesus loves them and has forgiven them of their sins. May God fill your hearts with an overflowing of His peace and love. We thank you for your continual prayers and support for the ministry that God has entrusted us with. We love you in the Lord Jesus. God Bless You. Your gifts to the ministry are appreciated and tax-deductible. In Our Heavenly
Fathers Love, Bill & Sue |
