GOD IS OUR REFUGE AND STRENGTH

In reading Psalms 46, it tells us that no matter what we go through or what we may face in these the days to come, God is our refuge and strength no matter the trouble or problem.  We must believe and stand on God's Word.  God will help you through fear, guilt, doubt, anger, depression, sickness, disease and many other problems that you might face. How do I know? Because God has healed me from these same problems and God will do the same for you.  All you have to do is call upon the name of the Lord Jesus.  As you read Psalms 46 and other scriptures on Refuge and Strength and Psalms 91 allow the Holy Spirit to reveal to you how God will help us in times of trouble. God's Word says in  Matthew 19:26 (KJV) "But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible."

EAGLES IN A STORM
Author Unknown

Did you know that an eagle knows when a storm is approaching long before it breaks?

The eagle will fly to some high spot and wait for the winds to come. When the storm hits, it sets its wings so that the wind will pick it up and lift it
above the storm.

While the storm rages below, the eagle is soaring above it. The eagle does not escape the storm. It simply uses the storm to lift it higher.  It rises on the winds that bring the storm.

When the storms of life come upon us…we can rise above them by setting our minds and our belief toward God.

The storms do not have to overcome us. We can allow God's power to lift
us above them…. We can soar above the storm.

Remember, it is not the burdens of life that weigh us down; it is how we
handle them.

But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.  Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)
